A global technology firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions in Malaysia. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, guiding compliance with HR laws, and developing HR policies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, 5+ years of HR experience, and excellent communication skills in English.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of relevant HR initiatives and action plans, in addition to overseeing and managing day-to-day HR processes including, but not limited to, employee relations, new hire onboarding, separations, HRIS administration, benefits program administration, and more. The role will be the point person to lead and advise in matters relating to human resources, employment law, industry practices, and workplace rights, and will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources based in our US corporate headquarters.
