Procter & Gamble is offering a full-time internship in Kuala Lumpur for finance/management students. You will learn from a world-leading FMCG company, engage in strategy development and financial analysis for a regional portfolio, and have the chance to become a full-time employee after successful completion.

During the internship you will work on projects including commercial strategy insights, brand strategy integration, pricing and profitability, and collaboration with multi-functional teams

Qualifications

• Currently a university student or recent graduate (graduation 2026/2027).
• Available for full-time internship in Klang Valley for 3 months/12 weeks or more.
• Finance/Accounting-related field preferred, but open to all fields.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to set specific goals and meet or exceed them.
• Ability to work with others, while demonstrating integrity and high personal standards.

Job Qualifications

• You are a current university student/just graduated/has less than 1 year to graduate (graduation year of 2026/2027)
• Available to do full‑time internship in Klang Valley for 3 months/12 weeks or more
• You are preferably in a Finance/Accounting‑related field of study, but this role is open to all fields
• Strong leadership skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking/problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to set specific goals and meet or exceed them.
• Ability to work effectively with others, while demonstrating integrity and high personal standards.
