Job Summary
The HR Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department, ensuring employee records, documentation, attendance, and HR processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including preparing documents, arranging interviews, and coordinating new employee requirements.
Process and maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and staff movement records.
Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee information to the relevant personnel.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, memos, notices, and certificates.
Assist in preparing documentation for new hires, resignations, transfers, and employee confirmations.
Handle general HR correspondence, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document control.
Respond to routine employee enquiries regarding HR policies, leave, attendance, benefits, and administrative matters.
Assist in coordinating employee orientation, training, meetings, and HR activities.
Ensure HR documents are properly filed and maintained with confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist with statutory and administrative matters related to employees, where required.
Support the HR team in preparing reports, staff lists, HR statistics, and other administrative documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures relating to HR administration and employee records.
Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or supervisor.
