Job summary

PwC Malaysia is offering an intern position in Human Capital for Oct to Jun 2027. You will gain exposure to HC activities, learn how PwC attracts, develops and supports its people, and contribute to various initiatives in a dynamic services firm.

The role includes supporting recruitment, onboarding, learning and engagement programmes, coordinating HC events, and producing HC communications and reports. Strong communication, organisation and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or related field.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and taking initiative.
Able to commit to the internship period and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support across Human Capital activities and processes.
Assist in planning, coordinating and executing HC programmes, initiatives and events.
Support recruitment, onboarding, learning, talent development and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate meetings, interviews, workshops and other HC events.
