Sodexo Malaysia is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Officer to lead HSE compliance on site. You will develop risk assessments, conduct audits, manage Permit-to-Work systems, and train staff to ensure regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate holds SHO registration with DOSH/JKKP (Green Book) and AGT/ES certifications, with experience in high‑risk industries; mining or shipyard exposure is an advantage.

Formación

• Experience in HSE management in a high‑risk industry.
• SHO registration with DOSH/JKKP and valid Green Book.
• Competency in AGT and ES for confined space operations.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive HSE culture and continuous improvement.
• Support and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Review compliance with ISO 14001/45001 and Malaysian laws.
• Develop and maintain project HSE documentation.
• Conduct HSE audits and workplace inspections.
• Manage PTW and sub-PTW systems and corrective actions.
• Collect and report HSE performance data monthly.
• Ensure safe systems of work and risk assessments.
