Job summary

Supreme Asia Engineering Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a proactive Site Safety Officer (SHO) to lead safety on construction sites. You will ensure compliance with DOSH, OSHA, and FMA, and inspect hazards regularly.

The role requires 2–5 years of SHO experience, strong knowledge of Malaysian safety laws, and the ability to run toolbox talks, prepare reports, and manage safety documentation including Permit to Work and machinery certificates.

Qualifications

• Must possess awareness of DOSH, OSHA and FMA regulations.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Safety Officer (SHO).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full site compliance with DOSH, OSHA, and FMA regulations.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, hazard identifications, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and manage legal submissions (JKKP forms).
• Act as Secretary for the Site Safety & Health Committee and lead toolbox talks/inductions.
• Manage site safety documentation, Permit to Work, and machinery certificates
