Executive, Health, Safety and Environment (Kuching, Sarawak) is seeking a capable HSE professional to consolidate monthly performance reports, conduct audits, investigations, and contractor oversight across project packages.

You will monitor IMS, manage safety communications, and support management reviews, with a Bachelor degree and 1–3 years in HSE; strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in safety, health, environment, or related field.
• 1–3 years in HSE management, preferably in construction or project environments.
• Knowledge of HSE audits, incident investigation, risk assessment, and contractor safety management.
• Familiarity with HSE management systems, ISO standards, and applicable regs.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate and prepare monthly HSE performance reports, analysing indicators and trends.
• Conduct HSE compliance audits, site inspections and walkabouts, identify gaps and corrective actions.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action monitoring.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and review contractual HSE submissions.
• Analyse safety observations and indicators to identify risks and opportunities for intervention.
• Coordinate HSE management reviews, safety briefings and onboarding for contractors.
• Organise Safety and Health Committee meetings, drills and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate IMS and SIRIM audits, ensure corrective actions are completed on time.
• Prepare HSE reports and management presentations to support decisions.
