Job summary

Hartalega in Sepang, Malaysia, is seeking a proactive HSE/Housekeeping Supervisor to design, implement and monitor safety policies, and maintain high health and safety standards across the site.

You will organize daily housekeeping tasks, review schedules, supervise cleaners, ensure toilet and drainage standards, manage pest control services, and support HSE programmes, audits and government inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HSE or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, monitor & maintain policies and procedures relating to safety and health to ensure high safety standards.
• Plan and organize daily housekeeping for general workers and cleaners.
• Review housekeeping schedules and ensure satisfactory work.
• Ensure toilet management meets standard requirements.
• Provide tools and equipment for housekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness of factory and surrounding areas.
• Oversee grass cutting schedule with HSK team and pest control services.
• Check surroundings to ensure staff follow instructions and no stagnant water.
• Monitor drainage systems and report abnormalities for action.
• Assist HSE management with campaigns and drills at factory and hostel.
• Perform HSE and HSK audits and respond to government inspections.
