Job summary

PwC Kuala Lumpur is offering an Intern position in the HRMS (Work Smartly) team, part of Internal Firm Services. Interns gain hands-on exposure to HR technologies, coding tasks, and client project support while learning to document, test, and enhance software used for HR and payroll processes.

You will work with mentors to develop apps, analyze data, and improve system quality, security, and documentation within PwC’s tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related field.
• Experience with Java and PHP (Laravel) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and writing computer programs under supervision.
• Learn to create basic workflow diagrams and charts to illustrate program functionality.
• Participate in software testing processes to identify and report bugs.
• Observe and assist in writing code for patches and bug fixes.
• Shadow team members during client interactions to understand needs and how software can address them.
