Job summary

Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd is offering an Internship in Administration (HRM) on a full-time basis based at Forest City Johor. The role provides practical experience in Human Resource Management and administration within a real estate development environment.

You will support HR and admin tasks, maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with events. The program welcomes students or recent graduates with strong English and Malaysian regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Preparing HR reports, memos and correspondence as required.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Supporting organisation of HR events and employee engagement activities.
• General office administration duties including filing, photocopying and data entry.
• Responding to employee enquiries and providing administrative guidance.
