Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated intern in recruitment to support sourcing, posting jobs, and candidate screening. You will assist in coordinating interview arrangements and maintaining candidate databases while gaining exposure to employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Support job posting and advertisement management.
• Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media, job campaigns).
• Provide administrative support for recruitment activities.
