Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated HR/Talent Acquisition intern to assist in sourcing candidates, posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will support employer branding and recruitment operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic team environment.

The role requires pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, with strong communication skills and familiarity with LinkedIn and MS Office. Training and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in relevant field
• Strong interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
• Support job posting and advertisement management
• Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interview arrangements and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media, job campaigns)
• Provide administrative support for recruitment activities
