Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a junior HR assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. The role involves screening resumes, arranging interviews, coordinating with candidates, and helping with attendance, leave, and payroll-related tasks.

You will also assist in preparing HR letters, training coordination, and compiling employee data for reports. Maintain confidentiality of HR records and support miscellaneous duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes, arranging interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in preparing HR letters
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate employee training, meetings, and engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and compiling employee data when required.
• Handle document filing, scanning, photocopying, and other general administrative duties.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Department from time to time.
