Job summary

SANGSIN ENERTECH SDN BHD in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. This full-time role supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee engagement to uphold our commitment to a productive workplace.

You’ll maintain records, administer HR initiatives, ensure confidentiality, and collaborate with external partners while contributing to policy development and compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or HR support role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process employee documentation including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Assist with the administration of payroll and benefits programmes.
• Support the organisation of HR events, training programmes, and employee engagement activities.
• Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, leave applications, and related matters.
• Preparing HR reports and maintaining documentation for compliance purposes.
• Liaising with external service providers such as recruitment agencies and training organisations.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Supporting disciplinary and grievance processes as required.
