Job summary

Cycle Trend Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Assistant to manage daily HR operations and employee relations in Malaysia.

You will assist with policy drafting, attendance, and payroll support, and handle recruitment from postings to onboarding. Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with labour laws are essential. The role requires a Diploma or higher in HRM or related fields, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with at least 2 years HR experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or advanced diploma in HRM, business studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day full HR operations and employee affairs.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management and payroll support.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accuracy.
• Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
