Job summary

ANCOM CROP CARE SDN BHD is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage and support employee relations, assist in talent succession planning and development, and handle day-to-day HR administration. You will maintain HRIS, support payroll data administration, and ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.

You will work closely with management and employees to resolve HR-related matters, across a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Shah Alam.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, BA or related field.
• Relevant experience in HR operations and administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a unionised workforce / Industrial Relations environment is a plus.
