Job summary

Delima Kinta in Ipoh, Perak is seeking an HR professional to manage full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll monitoring, and policy development. This role requires strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in HR or Business Administration, plus experience in compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Experience in compensation & benefits, payroll monitoring, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaker is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin/Cantonese speaking employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Monitor payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Formulate, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and manage HR compliance and employment-related risks.
• Support management in workforce planning and HR strategic initiatives.
