Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead people operations while partnering with management on talent, performance, engagement and workforce planning.

In this role you will oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and payroll administration, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and proven HR leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws & HR best practices.
• Strong leadership & people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• High integrity when handling confidential information.
