Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and payroll processing.
• Support hiring needs across BPO operations and manage visa, work permit processing.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and maintain accurate HR records.
