Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an HR Intern to support the HR team across operations, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and learning projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and exposure to multiple HR functions.

The role involves assisting in onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and training administration, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement and access to the dentsu University for development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Availability for 3–6 month internship period.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of HR letters, forms, and employee documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and updating hiring trackers.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Assist in coordinating training programmes and maintaining training records.
• Prepare training-related communications and materials.
