Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in daily HR operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee administration, training, payroll support, and HR documentation.

Key responsibilities include recruitment assistance, onboarding support, maintaining employee records, training coordination, payroll data handling, HR reporting, and engagement initiatives, reporting to the Senior Manager HR.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Willing to learn and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings and interview arrangements.
• Support onboarding, HR administration, and employee records.
• Assist with payroll data, attendance, and HR reports.
• Coordinate training and maintain training records.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Manager HR.
