Job summary

MYNIC invites internship students to join our Human Resources Management team in Sepang, Malaysia. You will support HR operations, handle reports, and assist with administrative tasks under supervision.

We value a motivated student who can work Monday–Friday from 9am to 6pm, with strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a willingness to learn and grow within the department.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Commit to working hours Monday to Friday (9am–6pm).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and observe department guidelines.
• Assist in completing various department projects or reports.
• Assist with operation and administrative functions.
• Fulfill tasks assigned by superior.
