Job summary

SNS Network (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Executive in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff training. You will develop HR strategies to enhance productivity and will support operations by performing administrative duties. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma and at least 1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Malaysia labor law is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Proficient in HR matters and Malaysia labour law is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
• Manage recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
• Handle staffing issues and provide guidance.
• Develop and implement HR strategy and action plan.
• Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
• Identify and analyze training needs of staff.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset records.
• Prepare and issue HR-related letters.
