Job summary

Singda Superalloy (M) Sdn Bhd in Masai, Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with familiarity of HRDF procedures and current labour laws.

You will develop talent pipelines, coordinate training, and ensure accurate payroll administration while supporting multiple HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related field

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the full recruitment process, including resume screening, assessments, interviews, and candidate recommendations. Develop and maintain talent pipelines and recruitment channels, liaising with external agencies. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and employment contracts.
• Training & Development: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and propose training programs aligned with business objectives. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including HRDF-registered providers, to ensure effective training delivery. Implement a range of learning initiatives, such as in-house training, external programs, HRDF-claimable courses, and e-learning modules.
• Payroll: Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, and PCB. Respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide payroll reports for management review.
