Job summary

Singda Superalloy (M) Sdn Bhd in Masai, Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and training. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and internal transfers, and liaise with external agencies to build strong talent pipelines.

The role requires familiarity with current labor laws, ability to work independently, and oversight of payroll processing to ensure accuracy and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, familiar with recruitment and training.
• Familiar with the latest labor laws and judicial interpretations.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the full recruitment process, including resume screening, assessments, interviews, and candidate recommendations. Develop and maintain talent pipelines and recruitment channels, liaising with external agencies.
• Training & Development: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and propose training programs aligned with business objectives. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including HRDF-registered providers, to ensure effective training delivery.
• Payroll: Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.
