Job summary

Singda Superalloy (M) Sdn Bhd in Masai, Malaysia is seeking an HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree in HR and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and training. The role requires familiarity with labour laws and HRDF procedures, and the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, training program coordination, and accurate payroll processing with statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment and training.
• Familiar with latest labor laws and judicial interpretations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with HRDF training procedures and claim processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: oversee full recruitment, resume screening, assessments, interviews, candidate recommendations, onboarding, and contracts.
• Training & Development: conduct training needs analyses and coordinate with internal/external providers, including HRDF-registered partners.
• Payroll: prepare and process payroll, maintain records, ensure statutory compliance, and respond to inquiries.
