Job summary

Eva Beauty Concept in Johor Bahru is seeking an organized HR and accounting assistant to join our growing cosmetics team. The role covers onboarding, documentation, payroll support, AP/AR, and general bookkeeping, contributing to smooth operations across our four JB outlets.

We offer a starting salary from RM4,500, Monday–Friday work, lunch provided and monthly skincare brand vouchers, plus a supportive environment with clear career growth opportunities as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
• Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters and other HR-related documents
• Assist with payroll preparation, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other statutory matters
• Support employee relations, performance management and internal HR procedures
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly implemented
• Assist management in improving HR systems and internal workflows
• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping matters
• Manage invoices, payments, receipts and expense records
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly accounting reports and documentation
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax agents and relevant parties when required
• Assist management with budgeting, cost monitoring and other finance-related matters
