Job summary

Moomoo is hiring an HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources in our Malaysia office. You will manage employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits, training and performance, and help cultivate our corporate culture in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will ensure compliance with local laws, handle records, visa applications for international mobility, and advise management on HR matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management, HR, Administration or equivalent.
1–2 years of working experience in HR or related field; fintech/finance experience preferred.
Knowledge of HR management and HRIS systems beneficial.
Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin a plus.
Bumiputera candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of HR functions including employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, corporate culture, company policies and regulations.
Handle HR operation tasks, ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
Responsible for employment visa/work permit application and other tasks related to global mobility.
Be an effective and convincing advisor on all HR matters.
Perform with other ad-hoc duties as per assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business management, HR, Administration or equivalent.
At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field. Preferred candidates with working experience in finance, securities, and Fintech industries. Exposure to working in a Chinese company would be beneficial
Familiar with the professional knowledge in HR management and system will be advantageous
Language proficiency in English and Malay, Mandarin would be an added advanctage.
