Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Handle Singapore and Malaysia client's monthly payroll processing and statutory accounts application such as EPF, SOSCO, CPF and Income Tax.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment, employment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters for internal company support.
  • Process the employee life cycle which includes new staff onboarding, orientation, probation, confirmation, promotion/transfer process, exit interview and ensure any letter in regards to the employees are prepared in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that all employees are organised and satisfied in their working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labour laws.
  • Ensure compliance with monthly and annual statutory requirements including but not limited to EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax.
  • Liaise with the local authorities and government departments if necessary.
  • Respond to employees and clients queries on HR matters.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Good command in English & Mandarin are a must for this position as we need to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts.
  • Must have at least 3 years of working experience in HR Generalist role especially in payroll management.
  • Passionate about HR initiatives, employees' development and able to interact with people effectively.
  • Positive mindset, meticulous and good working attitude.
  • Good knowledge in the Employment Act and legislations such as EA 1955 and Statutory Act.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess knowledge of the immigration laws and procedures, travel laws and regulations and other requirements will be added advantage.
