Job summary

Infosys in Malaysia is recruiting for a HR Shared Services professional to manage escalated HR queries and maintain employee records within a centralized HR hub. You will coordinate HR projects, audits, and training sessions while supporting lifecycle events from hiring to termination using Workday and HRIS tools.

The role requires 1–2 years in a shared services environment, strong English skills, and knowledge of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

At least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
1-2 years of related experience in shared services, preferably HR/Total Rewards.
Knowledge of MNC office procedures & HR function.
Demonstrates knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP/Workday.
Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
Proven experience in a similar HR role.
Experience with HR software/HRIS is required.

Responsibilities

Act as point of contact for escalated HR queries from employees and partners.
Organise and maintain employee records in a HR Shared Services hub.
Coordinate administration for HR projects & participate in HR audits.
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
Manage Employee Life cycle per approved guidelines: hire, onboarding, changes, termination, letters, case management, eFiling.
