Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Mandarin ability is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of HR experience is preferred.
• Familiar with basic HR processes and Malaysian labour laws.
• Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR matters including staff claims, attendance, performance appraisals, and HR documentation.
• Provide HR operational support to branch managers and assist with employee relations matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, and candidate follow-up.
• Handle disciplinary matters according to company SOPs and Malaysian labour laws.
• Support general HR activities and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
