Job summary

Greif is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR development and operations at its plants in Brazil. You will coordinate HR processes, train and support local leadership, and drive KPI reporting across all plants.

You will participate in budgeting, promotions tracking, and policy updates while assisting leadership with global projects. Hybrid work and international exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed higher education degree.
• Fluent/advanced English; Spanish preferred.
• Availability to travel.
• Experience managing teams; industrial environment a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team and contribute directly to the excellence of Human Resources Development and Operations processes at our plants in Brazil.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of Development processes for Brazil, HR support for all local leadership, and coordination of the HR teams at the plants.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordination and execution of HR processes: recruitment and selection, training, engagement surveys, talent review, performance cycle, career paths, onboarding, among others.
• HR KPIs: preparation, monitoring, and monthly communication of the area’s KPIs across all plants in Brazil.
• Support in the annual people budget planning with all plant leadership in Brazil, as well as monthly follow-up on promotions and adjustments, also being responsible for collecting the necessary approvals.
• Review and update of internal HR policies and support for internal and external audits.
• Internal communication on Human Resources matters (employee movements, projects, etc.).
• Leadership support: assisting all Brazil leadership with various HR matters.
• Implementation and follow-up of global projects.

What are we looking for?

• Completed higher education degree
• Fluent/advanced English, Spanish preferred
• Availability to travel
• Experience managing teams and experience in an industrial environment are considered a plus.
