Job summary

Greif is a global leader in performance packaging and a major employer. We are seeking a Master Data Specialist for the afternoon shift to ensure accurate master data creation, maintenance, and governance in our ERP environment to support global operations.

The role focuses on US data integrity and collaboration with internal customers, Sourcing, and Finance. You will participate in ERP-related projects and training to maintain high data quality and process compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (intermediate) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant working experience in business processes in an international organization – SSC environment experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry terminology and the ability to use it during daily work.
• Experience with master data management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and ensure the integrity of US data in ERP systems related to all business partners, items, and reference tables.
• Facilitate the workflow process in the ERP system, working with internal customers to input requests and ensure the workflow is followed.
• Review requests for new or modified business partners to align with sourcing or commercial strategy, or for new/modified items to ensure correct coding and governance.
• Train relevant parties on the workflow process for creation and changes of Master Data.
• Interact with internal customers, Greif locations, Sourcing, Sales and AP & AR colleagues.
• Initiate and participate in projects to improve Master Data handling and support ERP implementation projects.
• Ensure that all company controls are met.

Job Description:

Greifhas anexcitingopportunityforaMaster DataSpecialisttojoinourglobalteam, playing acriticalroleinensuringtheaccuratecreation,maintenance, andgovernanceofmasterdatain LNtosupportseamlessbusinessoperationsworldwide.

The role wouldmainly supportour Master Data Management team with ensuring US data integrity therefore theworking hours would be between 2 PMand 10 PM CET.

KeyResponsibilities

• Responsibleforcreation,maintenanceandintegrityof USdatain ERPsystemsrelatedtoallbusinesspartners,itemsandreferencetables.

• FacilitatetheworkflowprocessintheERPsystem,workingdirectlywiththeinternalcustomers(plant,sales,procurement,corporatedepartments)togetrequestsinputintosystemappropriatelyandensureworkflowprocessisfollowed

• Review of requestsfor new or modified business partners to ensure they are in line with Sourcing or Commercial strategyorfor new or modified items to ensure coding and classification is in line with item standards and governorship.

• Traintherelevantpartiesontheworkflowprocessforcreationandchangesof Master Data.

• Interactwithinternalcustomers,Greiflocations,Sourcing,Salesand AP & ARcolleagues

• Initiate andparticipatein projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of Master Data handlingand contribute to the success of the ERP implementation project as requested

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is Ft7,203,800.00 - Ft10,805,700.00 annually. Typical, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between7,203,800.00 to10,805,700.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
