We are looking for a passionate HR professional to support People Leaders and colleagues in driving the Bank’s people priorities. As an HR Consultant/Advisor, you will play a key role in enabling leadership capability, talent development, and an enhanced colleague experience through critical advisory interactions.

HR Advisory function is central to Standard Chartered’s people agenda, delivering impactful support that strengthens leadership effectiveness, builds a high-performance culture, and enhances the overall colleague experience. The team collaborates closely with People Leaders, CoEs, and Business/Cluster teams to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned to the People Plan.
