Crédit Agricole CACEIS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced HRBP to partner with business leaders in shaping an agile, capable workforce across our Putrajaya operations. You will drive talent management initiatives, support annual HR processes, and maintain strong relationships with business units and HR colleagues.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, day-to-day issue resolution, and contributing to the broader HR programs across the Malaysia center of excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• HR certification preferred.
• 8-10 years of HR experience spanning a broad range of disciplines.
• Previous HR experience, preferably in financial services.

As a HRBP, you will partner with CACEIS Malaysia leaders in the planning, development and enablement of an agile, adaptable and highly competent workforce at all levels. Leads support to Senior HR Business Partners on the integration of talent management initiatives relative to annual processes. Ensures effective and collaborative relationships within HR and the supported businesses and other functional partners. Will also assist with more complex or sensitive day to day people issues. This position acts as a single point of contact within designated business units for all people related issues and is a people champion ensuring people are always high on the business agenda. Assists in overall CACEIS Human Resources initiatives.
