Job summary

Klinik Menara Bayan Lepas is seeking an HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR functions and daily operations in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will ensure payroll records are up-to-date and handle employee claims while supporting recruitment activities.

The role requires self-motivation, attention to detail, and willingness to relocate. Fresh graduates are welcome, and familiarity with Malaysia Labour Law is advantageous. Travel may be required in this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions and daily HR operations.
• Maintain prompt, accurate updates of HR and payroll records.
• Process and submit employee claims.
• Manage manpower recruitment activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR files and records.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
