Job summary

Lucky Food Processing Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent HR/Administration intern to support daily HR operations in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will maintain accurate HR records, perform data entry, onboarding, training support, and welfare tasks.

Assist with inventory, uniforms, PPE, and general administrative duties, under the guidance of the HR team. Applicants with a background in Administration or Business and a six-month internship are preferred.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Administration, Business Management, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized HR records and filing documentation.
• Perform manual data entry and update HR records such as medical claims and training records.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
• Prepare and issue employee access cards for new hires and assist with onboarding.
• Assist with training records and development activities.
• Support welfare and facilities tasks including clinic visits, uniform and PPE management, and inventory checks.
• Assist with external errands and other duties as assigned by the HR team.
