Sunfert International Fertility Centre Sdn Bhd is actively seeking a proactive Human Resources & Administration Manager to lead HR and administration across the Sunfert Group in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes workforce planning, policy development, payroll, performance management, and staff engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR management, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant HR/administration experience.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR policies, staff handbook updates, and policy implementation across the Sunfert Group.
• Manage manpower planning and full recruitment lifecycle including onboarding and probation reviews.
• Oversee payroll processing, statutory contributions, compliance, and benefits administration.
• Supervise attendance, leave administration, and records accuracy; address discrepancies.
• Identify training needs and develop annual learning & development plan and budget.
