Job summary

NORTH EMERALD (M) SDN BHD in Klang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

You will develop HR policies in line with local laws, coordinate payroll and leave, manage records, and drive engagement while overseeing admin operations and vendor coordination. Strong HR law knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & administration, preferably in small to mid-sized companies.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
