Job summary

Jotech Metal Fabrication Ind Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to oversee payroll, attendance, and HR processes. You will support onboarding, recruitment, and reporting while ensuring accuracy in employee records and timely statutory contributions.

Candidates with HR/Admin experience are welcome; familiarity with Malaysia Employment Act and HR software is preferred. The role offers a 5-day work week and opportunities in a metal stamping manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR/Admin is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions with accuracy.
• Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and employee records.
• Handle onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Process payroll: Handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions with precision and care.
• Maintain records: Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and ensure accurate employee records.
• Handle HR processes: Manage onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding processes.
• Support recruitment: Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements, and new hire orientation.
• Prepare reports: Generate monthly HR & Admin reports to support management decisions.
• Assist with administration: Manage daily administrative tasks, company documentation & provide administrative support for daily office operations.
• Ensure compliance: Make sure all HR processes adhere to ISO standards and Employment Act requirements.
• Perform other duties: Any other ad-hoc duties to assign from time to time

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: With working experience in HR/Admin is an added advantage, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysia Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Technical skills: Familiarity with HR/Payroll software
