Job summary

Four Seasons Langkawi is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead all housekeeping operations at the resort. You will ensure exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across the property, while directing a team and coordinating daily activities in a luxury environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant luxury resort experience, strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and top organizational skills.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
• Enforce strict quality control through regular inspections of rooms and public areas.

What you will do

• Lead and drive all housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across the property.
• Enforce strict quality control through regular inspections of rooms and public areas.
• Build, coach, and manage a high-performing housekeeping team to achieve operational excellence.
• Plan manpower, optimize scheduling, and manage inventories efficiently to control costs.

Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring service recovery and satisfaction.

Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

What you bring

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment is required.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
