Job summary

Adena Beach Resort in Kuantan, Malaysia is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant for a hostel environment. You will clean guest rooms, change linens, replenish amenities and ensure rooms are ready for check-in, while maintaining public areas and assisting with laundry tasks.

Partner with team members, follow hygiene and safety SOPs, and provide courteous service to guests as part of a welcoming facility. This role requires flexible support across areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities and ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, toilets, corridors, and lobby.
• Assist with laundry operations including washing, folding and linen distribution.
• Handle housekeeping equipment and supplies properly.

• Work closely with team members and assist in different areas when required.
