Job summary

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara is seeking a Host – Human Resources to handle HR administration with strong organizational and communication skills. You will contribute to a fast-paced hotel environment, supporting staffing, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate brings a degree or diploma in HR, hotel experience is a plus, and the ability to multitask with calm under pressure. English proficiency is required, local language may be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR Management or related field.
• Experience in hotels or large establishments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local labor law and employment regulations.
• Strong leadership to guide an HR team and motivate staff.
• Remain calm in stressful situations including disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.
• Good working knowledge of English; local language proficiency may be required.
• Attention to detail and proactive communication.
