Job summary

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning or general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel.
Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and other building facilities.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment or facility breakdowns.
Attend to maintenance requests and complaints from hotel departments and guests.
Conduct preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
Ensure all tools, equipment and work areas are properly maintained and kept safe.
Report major damages or technical problems to the Supervisor or Head of Department.
Assist with the installation, repair and replacement of equipment.
Monitor the condition of hotel facilities, including guest rooms and public areas.
