Hunters International Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the hotel’s engineering team, oversee maintenance programs, and ensure facilities perform to the highest standards.

You will manage budgets, liaise with regulatory bodies, drive energy efficiency, and coordinate major repairs and capital projects, while aligning with the company’s core values and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in engineering, preferably in hotels/resorts or large hospitality properties.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; CFM or FMP certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regs, OSHA guidelines, and emergency planning.

Responsabilités

• Direct, lead and manage the Engineering department, modeling company core values.
• Oversee hotel technical systems operation and regular facility inspections.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented on schedule and optimize systems.
