Four Points By Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations on assigned shifts, including front office activities and guest services to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You will guide shift teams, handle guest concerns promptly, monitor lobby standards, and coordinate with reservations and other departments while upholding brand standards.

Formación

• Experience in front office or guest services in hospitality.
• Experience as supervisor or duty manager preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Business.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, including front office activities and guest services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience and resolve issues.
• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and assist with room allocation as needed.
• Guide and support shift teams, ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety policies.
• Monitor lobby and public area standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Record operational incidents and elevate issues to senior management when necessary.
• Support reservations and optimise guest flow during peak periods.
