ANGO Property Sdn Bhd, operating in Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive on-site in Kota Kinabalu to manage the hotel's day-to-day accounting operations, including full set of accounts, revenue reconciliation, and liaison with HQ finance in Kuala Lumpur.

You will be responsible for bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting, with strong Excel and accounting software skills; prior hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance.
• Experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Familiar with hotel revenue and closing procedures.
• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Handle full set of accounts from daily transactions to month-end closing.
• Manage A/R, A/P, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end closing and financial reports.
• Coordinate with Resident Manager/Front Office on daily closing matters.
