Kuala Lumpur-based? Kenny Hills Manufactory Sdn Bhd invites energetic chefs to join our opening team in Kulai, Johor. We are launching a new outlet and encourage fresh graduates to apply, learning together on this journey.

You will set up stations, prep and cook, follow directions from senior kitchen staff, and maintain high quality and safety standards while working in a dynamic team environment. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a kitchen setting.
• Familiar with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Willing to learn and improve culinary skills.
• Diploma in culinary arts is an advantage.
• Valid food handler certificate and typhoid vaccination, or willingness to obtain.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow instructions from the Executive or Sous Chef and report issues promptly
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with food safety, sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
