Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hostel buildings, facilities and equipment.
• Carry out routine inspections to ensure hostel facilities are safe, functional and well maintained.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues, including plumbing leaks, electrical faults and general repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for maintenance and repair activities when required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, inspections and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Support hostel improvement projects and other maintenance-related assignments.
