Job summary

Future Commerce Indonesia is seeking a Live Host and Host Management lead to drive a high-performing livestream host team in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee host performance, coaching, recruitment, onboarding, and development while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

You will track metrics like GMV, GPM, traffic, CTR, and conversions, identify gaps, and translate insights into action with coaching and schedule adjustments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in livestream, e-commerce, host management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in host/team performance management.
• Good understanding of livestream operations and workflow.
• Comfortable working with GMV, GPM, CTR, conversion, traffic, and other livestream metrics.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Good communication skills and confidence in handling conflicts or operational issues.
• Proactive, responsible, and hands-on — you don't just monitor problems, you help solve them.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor host performance and KPI through livestream and business metrics.

• Support host recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
• Ensure hosts maintain livestream quality and operational standards.
• Track key metrics such as GMV, GPM, traffic, CTR, conversion, product clicks, and engagement.
• Identify performance gaps and understand the root cause.
• Turn insights into action through coaching, schedule adjustments, and improvement plans.
• Coordinate cohost schedules, attendance, and performance with the Ops team.
• Monitor cohost KPI and ensure trackers are updated.
• Work with Ops to identify and solve operational issues.
• Collaborate with Live Ops, PMO, KAM/KAE, Controller, and other stakeholders.
• Keep communication smooth across host and livestream operations.
• Take ownership of issues and follow through until resolution.

What You’ll Do
